API/Webhook to update my CRM

I would like a phone system that I can use an API/Webhook to update my CRM to see how often we communicate with clients or potential clients.

Great idea. Personally, I use Odoo, and I would like to have a bilateral data exchange between Odoo and Ring4. It would also be necessary from Odoo, to be able to "in one click" call the contact, using Ring4.
